group d streptococci

I noticed someone else just posted about this. I just got my broth culture results back from United medical lab and I was positive for group d streptococci. Anyone else had this?

i was the one that just posted on this. Hopefully others will know more. I wonder how common it is. do you have a dr to treat you for this?

Hi,

The nurse that ordered the tests is going to prescribe antibiotics for it. I think it is the most common bacteria United medical lab finds.
