Hi Jamie!! How are you doing? I am still around but have been busy with work and exercise!! I have lost 35 pounds!!! I feel so good! I have my IC flares still but they do not last as long. I have been able to exercise because of my surgery, my pain was greatly reduced.
I know nina is around cause I chat with her!!
Where is Katherine???
So how is everyone??

Hey Jaime, Im still kickin! LOL! Just busy with The chat room here, and the kids and we are moving in a month or so (just up the street) I have done well with my interstim,Frequency and urgency is much better, however it took longer to recover than I had expected. How is the baby? Growing I bet!

Sorry I have not been around lately will be more I hope in the further i have several people in my family sick including myself but doing better. Thanks for asking been missing all you all too!
Most of the time I answer emails only and got the line afraid to tie it up to long but now that all is better I do not have to be so quick.
