I see that 7up has gone all natural. The ingredients still list citric acid, but now call it natural citric acid. I don't know if natural citric acid is different from the citric acid normally found in soft drinks, but doubt it. I was hoping that we would all have a soft drink that we could drink, but it looks as if probably not. I don't know how much citric acid is in it, maybe less?

Gosh, wouldn't it be wonderful if there were a soft drink that was IC friendly? I know a lot of IC'ers can drink root beer, but I've tried root beer, 7-Up & Sprite and they all made me flair. I can drink acid free coffee (I even drank it cold with ice the other day for a little variety), but gawd I'd love to have a pop every once in awhile!!

I can drink 7 up with no problems. I just can't drink Pop with caffeine in it.

I've been able to tolerate a root beer occasionally! I was planning on trying the new 7up, since its caffeine free. I'm even doing okay w/ decaf coffee.

I'll probably let it sit open in the fridge for an hour and get *flat* though! lol Just to be safe! ;)

I don't even try sodas any more. It's just not worth it. However, I have found I can drink Aquafina Flavor Splash and it's delicious.

Those flavored waters have the citric acid also, but don't bother you? I wonder if they have less than what's in the sodas?
