After 8 months of urethral pain (a shooting burning sensations everytime I pee and sometimes is constant) I was diagnosed with urethral syndrome, and recommended to get internal physical therapy and bladder instills, I went to one but have cancelled my next appt. because they told me I MIGHT feel some relief after the fifth or sixth one, but I cannot afford them if they are not imperative to my recovery, do any of you feel that it is important to get the instills w/ urethral pain?
