After sex flare?

How soon after sex would you have a flare if you were going to have one? Does sex have to hurt at the time for you to have a flare? What ingredients in lubes should be avoided? Thanks!

I always flare within 24 hrs. of having sex. It could be 12 hrs. but mainly it's 12-24 hrs. after.

I'm fortunate enough that the pain during sex is bearable, but I will flare or spasm through the roof sometimes immediately after or in the morning....but I always ALWAYS flare from sex :(

I have pain during and immediately after. It will usually last throughout the next day.
