The Northern California IC support group will be meeting, yet again, on Sunday June 4th where we will be screening the DVD for the Healthy Body Healthy Mind IC broadcast and, of course, taking lots of questions, etc.

FYI - Long time member and our IC friend Nikki lost her husband just a few weeks ago suddenly due to a heart attack. You may remember that she lost her son last year. Thus, it's been a rough time. Cards of support would be nice!
