Ok a month ago I posted I had a huge secret and couldn't blab until it was announced in our local paper. It came out today. We have this huge week long festival here in October which our town pretty much quadruples for. It is The mountain State Forest Festival. My daughter was selected to be in the Royal minor court. I have attached a link to our local paper article just couldn't get the picture small enough. Her name is Logan Ryan.

Congratulations, Leslie and Logan! How exciting!! I am sure you will take tons of pics on the big day! Make sure you post some, so we can all see how cute Leslie is in her little outfits! Very cool! So what does the Royal Minor Court do? Attend festivities during the festival, etc?

Yes Vickie for 9 days they attend different events throughout the city with the queen and at the end there is a huge coronation and queens ball for them. It is a huge to-do in our town.

she is beautiful! way to go, have a wonderful time. i am jealous too, i have 2 little boys but i think i have finally convinced hubby that once the youngest one is a little older that we need to go and adopt us a baby!! the whole thing sounds like it will be tons of fun!! congrats Logan!!!!
