Thanks Kara. The first I heard of this was here, and i think it was someone in ontario. Maybe if i search the canada board i'll recognize the name maybe allyoop?

I looked into it in NY and treating TMJ is explicitly excluded from most american insurance policies, and the botox is not covered at all. Bleh!
