Help-Info on B12 and Iron shots

I also need advise on something else if anyone has time to respond, the doctor recommended that I take a B12 and Iron shot to help with the fatique. Is this bad??? I know vitamins are bad but is that orally or is the shot going to flare me too? Has anyone been through this.

i dont take the B12 and i am not on iron shots but i do take an iron perscription and i dont think it is causeing me to flare...not sure, no extra pain since i have been on it, and it did help a little with my fatigue a little but i am anemic. sorry if this isnt much help. feel better soon
