Why is my inquiry about IC symptoms and taking a train ride locked. It's on topic and I don't understand. Have I somehow gotten on the old server? What's going on.

I did find it and bump it up. It wasn't locked when I found it - not sure what the poblem was, but hopefully you'll get some replies now. :)
