Has anyone read The V Book by Elizabeth Gunther Stewart, MD? If so, was it helpful for VV?

I have it, and have read sections of it. It is a good book. I like the Vulvdoynia Survival book better.

I own "The V Book." I think it's really good. It has a good section on IC too.

I also like the V book and refer to it often. I buy every book on vulvar disorders to educate myself since most Drs. don't seem to have a clue. :bonk:

I did buy the V book and found a lot of good stuff in it. The more information the better. Thank you for your comments.

Yep, it's called "The V Book." The subtitle is, "A Doctor's Guide to Complete Vulvovaginal Health." The author is Elizabeth G. Stewart, M.D. and Paula Spencer. The copyright date is 2002 by Bantam Books. Hope that helps! It's a good book.
