Dosage of flomax

am starting flomax today for retention problems...I have a problem where i donot empty good enough causing uti's. Anyhow..I was wondering what dose all you girls are on that are on it. I am gonna be on it once daily. thanks!

I take 0.8mg (two capsules) at bedtime.

Oh..I just picked up .4mg. and the dr and pharmacist said that .4 was the typical dosage. I was one .4 a few years ago and it seemed work..I think it was .4 I donot remember taking 2 pills. The pharmacist said that it only comes in .4 stregnth. I asked her if people typically take .4 once a day and she said yes. Hopefully this works!
