Any pain meds that are not NSAIDS?

I am worried I may have intestinal permability (Leaky Gut).
I have read that NSAIDS can contribute to this condition. I take Ultram from time to time and was wondering if it was indeed an NSAID, and if so are there any pain meds that are not NSAIDS which may be more gentle on the stomach lining.

there tynelol with codeine,vicodin,ultram,morphine,oxycontin , fental patches and many more that is too many to list.
