I drank 47 ounces of water in a period of 45 minutes, I should have drinken it in a 1/2 hour, but it took 45 minutes, I should have finished drinking one hour before the exam, but I only finished 45 minutes before.
Anyway, I knew I couldn't be that full as the pain wasn't that bad. Turns out my bladder was only 1/2 full, but the ultrasound tech was able to do the pelvic usound as see enough and then I got to pee and only really peed for about 15 seconds and then she did the vaginal scan.
She wouldn't give me any information on what she saw, but when I asked about endometriosis she said that is not what you have (even though she did say you can only see it with a lap.) She said if you had endo. you would have gotten it when you were much younger and that it would have messed up your fertililty most likely. I said well things can start at anytime, and she pretty much said not with endometriosis.
She then said, "the radiologist will review this and let the doctor know what the problem is." I said, so there is a problem and she smiled and said I can't tell you that, but was really nonverbally letting me know she saw something. She did mention that felt my problem was related to my "cycle."
Based on that does anybody out there have any ideas what she may have seen, yesterday my right ovary where the pain is felt swollen to the OBGYN.
I am so scared and now I have to wait until the results come in. What could she be referring to that the problem is with my cycle?
Any thoughts?
On the side, of course my voiding is WAY up from all that water and when I void it is only a little bit and then I have to go again in a few minutes. Ugh.

Usually lab techs those taking the ultrasounds are not allowed to tell you what they see or dont see. So it could be possible that she did not see anything. Usually the Radiologist looks at all of the pictures. That is standard procedures. I am not an expert on Endometriosis but like you I thought it could start at anytime. Maybe someone with prior knowledge can answer that though.

Also now with me, and this is only me and my opinon not that of anyone else, the pain you are talking about bothered me I had a small cyst. And usually they can take care of themselves unless the burst. Have you ever had problems with ovary cyst before?

I hope everything turns out well for you, try not to worry. Which is alot easier said than done.

Lab techs are supposed to keep mum. Now if it was a tech in your doctor's office that is a different story, mine tell me everything.
I had ovarian cysts about 14 years ago and had alot of pain on my left side from it. It could be cysts.
I don't know about the endo. My doctor thinks I have it based on the amount of pelvic pain and how heavy my periods have become, but he won't confirm until he does my Lap next month. I have never heard what that tech said about endo.

I know it is hard not to worry right now. But don't get too upset over something that you don't know right now. I have lived the last 4 1/2 months of my life in test result limbo and finally received my diagnosis last week. It is agony.
Sending you warm thoughts, prayers and <<hugs>>
