Hello Everyone,

I hope everyone survived the holidays!

In just a few short weeks we will be having our first IC meeting for 2004!

I am really looking forward to seeing you all. The meeting will be both supportive as well as informative. We will be discussing the varying treatment options as well as sharing information on ways to help us cope with the stress in our lives. We will also be exchanging ideas on how to avoid those occasional flares. For those with no relief, we can discuss what combination of treatments may be helping others. There will also be a question and answer period so that if you have one important question, please write it down. Sometimes the best answers come from our IC friends who have had IC for sometime.

Here's wishing you all good things:

Endless joy and satisfaction for you, and the people you love...
Peace and harmony, within and with others.

Life is a celebration and for all of us living with IC,
let 2004 bring great healing and unlimited hope!

Hi Molly, I am looking forward to the ic meeting on Jan 31. If you never been to one of these meetings, these meetings are great and there are refreshments and alots of ic friends. You can go in aflare and complain and everyone understands and ask how you are doing during out the meeting. I started going last year and I loved it. got there a little late but went to all the fall meetings. I know I won't be able to make it to every meeting but I know there are ic friends that are there that I can talk too and call.

Jessica: Dr. Paul Church is in Boston, he's highly recommended... and I just recently got the name of another Doctor (in Braintree?) She's young but very much with the latest & greatest in the Urology World. I'll peek at my notes when I get home and see if a can't scrounge up her number.

If you can make to one of the meeting Molly hosts, you won't regret it. Molly always organizes a superb presentation with some really great guest speakers. The fact you meet others with IC "in the flesh" is also another great perk.
