Hi Friends. Today is the day I go to the pain management doctor for the first time. I'm anxious. I'm hopeful. I'm praying that relief is in sight. Any words of encouragement or advice on what to expect ?

Just be sure to take along a note pad so you can jot down some notes if you wish.
