I had the silver nitrate instillation 9 days ago, and am still in extreme pain. My bladder and uretha hurt so bad it's unbearable especially when I urinate.
When is this pain going to go away?

Sunshine... unfortunately this is why Silver Nitrate is RARELY done for IC anymore. It creates alot of pain and discomfort. You'll need to give it some time and make sure that you ask your doctor about pain medications.
