Still bleeding alot

I had my 5th hydro/cysto done, last Wednesday, and had to stay overnight with a foley cath in due to the amount of blood that I was voiding.
It's now Sunday and I'm still bleeding a lot every time I void, I mean really red

Is this normal? Do I need to contact my uro about this ASAP? :help:

I would definately get that checked, you should not be bleeding this much after 4 days.
