Black Cohosh

Has anyone tried this to relieve menopausal symptoms? I read its better than estrogen.

I have tried Black Cohash (Remifeminen) a
few different times. For me, it caused
breast soreness soon after starting it.
I stopped it because of my history(my mom
died of breast cancer very young). My
Nurse Practitioner recommends Evening
Primrsoe oil for hot flashes, etc. (aslo
purchased at health food store. You might
be able to use Black Cohash. I am extremely
sensitive to everything including hormones.
There are good books at health food store
about the above products and other natural
products for menopause. Bev

I tried it but it killed my bladder, but then most everything does. I'm getting best results on Vagifem.
