pcos can make it a challenge to become pregnant, but since you're aware of the diagnosis, you can work with your gynecologist early on to make sure they do everything possible to help you conceive. there's a great book one of my friends has (she has pcos) called "what to do when the doctor tells you it's PCOS." she bought hers off amazon.com. it's well-written and gives a lot of hope. you definitely need to get it and read it.
