I am fairly new using my TENS unit and I must say, I am having GREAT results with it thus far. When I am working, I have gone from pain level 10 (highest) to about a 3, and I am finding myself going pee less frequent. (I have noticed that when I am stressed or in pain I tend to go about 3 times an hour, now I am going about every hour and a half at work). Anyway my question is what kind of those sticky pads do you all use? The ones I have are kind of small, and they dont stick that well to me. I mainly want to wear my tens unit when I am at work or in a car (because those are my most painful times), but everytime I wear it if I am going to moving around, the pads become loose and fall off. Giving me quite the shock on my rear end! My PT is trying to help me find ones that will work better for me, but I am starting to lose hope. I think my next step would be checking into the interstim, if things don't get better with my tens unit.
Any helpful hints?

Crystal - I went on line and found wholesale medical electrodes a lot cheaper than buying from the company. They come in a many different sizes. I used to use a TENS unit on my neck, and one of the electrodes came off and went under my armpit. Wow!
Also, you can extend the usage if you put them in the refrig and use a small amount of water on them before you put them on. With the oils from the skin, they just don't last very long. Hope this helps!

There is a electrode glue you can buy at www.wisdomking.com. Rather cheap. You put it on each time you use the electrodes. I use fabric bandaids to keep mine on.
