baking soda/bicarb of soda

which is the one to use to alkanise your urine and help pain?
I have always taken bicarb but some people on here use baking soda?

If you read on the baking soda container, you'll find the only ingredient is "soda bicarbonate" or "bicarbonate of soda" --- baking soda is bicarbonate of soda.
