The Home Health People are so irritating

I have been using this Home Health place to get my catheters for about 2 years now and everytime I deal with them, they screw my order up!!! :cussing: I use the 5 French caths which I guess are hard for them to come by b/c everytime they order them, it takes up to 1-2 weeks to get them. They usually order 3 boxes at a time and this time, they sold my caths and did no re-order :cussing: :cussing: I am so tired of this mess. I was curious where you guys get your catheters. Can you order them over the internet?

When I was doing self instills, I got mine from my uro's office.

I do the instill everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day. I do not generally re-use the caths so I need a box at a time.

I go to a home health place too. They do pretty good about keeping my 8 french catheters in stock but they are inconvenient to drive to and my insurance won't pay for shipping.
