Hi all Didn't know where to post this at... My gyn has given me a rx for Megace, to stop my periods vs a hyst(??)my because of my sereve IC pain the week before during and after. Has any one heard of this? It also is used in weight loss patients.. I fit there ggggrrr I am down to 100 now banghead Megestrol (name brand) is also used for treatment in advance breast cancer and endometrail cancer.. also in persons with aids..
