Need botox doc in Texas!!

Hi! Many of you know that my uro "terminated" his relationship with me because of an insurance company failure over a year ago. We owe them such a large amount of money that he won't continue treatment even though we have had regular insurance since June. So, now I am looking for a new uro but I need one who does the botox injections because it has helped me so much. I can't find anyone so anyone who could help would be greatly appreciated. I live in the Dallas area. Also I am thinking if there are no other docs who do this procedure in my area can this doc refuse to treat me? I am freaking just to think about going without it!

No one in Dallas that I have heard does Botox but Dr. Christopher Smith and Dr. Karen Delhey both do Botox in Houston.
