I think normal amounts would be no more than 7 x per day or something to that effect. What I wouldnt do to go that much. Wouldnt we all.

Thanks, but I actually mean like how many cc's per hour/day?
I'm sure it all depends on how much you take in per day, but what is usual amount?

The reason I'm wondering about this is that I'm trying to figure out how bad my retension is (will start straight cath as soon as this home health nurse finally calls me and comes with supplies).
I did a voiding diary the last two days, then again today. I think I'm answering my own questions.
For example: 1-4-06 - by 1:30pm I voided total of 1030cc.
1-5-06 - by 1:30pm I voided total of 1140cc.
Today: I voided 460cc by 1:30. The last two days I felt fine until about 5pm then started retaining again, but today I'm having problems again. My Uro thinks so far (hoping) that it's just the effects still in my system from the Enablex. I stopped it about two weeks ago b/c of the retension...but, it just hasn't gone away yet.
I tell you, I've always been so afraid of doing catheters at home, but now...I'm begging for this nurse to just get here already so I can do it and have some relief. I hope this problem is just temporary.

the output would depend on fluid intake and whether you are dehydrated or not. Hopefully the retention is just the effect of the tablet/ Have you ever had problems like this before? The catheter should allow you to see how much/if any you are retaining.
