i have a question

Well i have a odd question i guess what happends if the meds and the pelvic floor therpy doesn't work?? i have been there twice and i feel no difference been on meds over a yr and everything is almost the same the only thing is at nite cause that pill knocks me out i still pee 60-70 times a day.. i am getting very nervous and depressed about this.. soo i guess i just wanna know what else is in my future.. Hey Ang, I have never had the therapy, but I would imagine it will take a few more times to start getting the benefits and re-training those muscles. There's probably years of dysfunction there, so most likely will take some time ;) That's just my thoughts though, hopefully some who have gone through it will chime in with their experiences...

Stinks doesn't it? Ugh, why does all the treatments have to take so darn long!! :cussing:

Physical therapy doesn't help overnight. Hang in there --- it may take a while.

Ah, PFD is very tricky. It takes months for those exercizes to work, and only once straining or not following the procedure to put you back on square one. It's very frustrating, especially since IC gives us those nice spasms.
