Vaginal dilator for pelvic floor

This may sound stupid but my doctor told me to get a vaginal dilator to help with my pelvic floor. The website she sent me to...soulsourceenterprises.com has may sizes and I am not sure what size to get...

I wish I could help. I would call your doctor and ask her what size she recommends for you to get.

You should begin with the smallest dialator, and when you can accomodate that for 10 minutes or so, then move to the next size. I'm starting the use of dialators under the supervision of a physical therapist. Perhaps you should ask your dr. for more supervision, perhaps a prescription for physical therapy?
