After doing quite well recently, I was flaring last night from either:
1.) The bite of toffee I tried (Sugar is my #1 trigger)
2.) The vitamin D suppliment I am taking
3.) Stress from the holidays/in-laws staying with me for 3 weeks

Anyway, today happened to be my one of my acupuncture appts. I went in flaring and walked out feeling much better (except my pinky fingers hurt from some of the needles). Now, about 4 hours later, I feel great! If I ever doubted actupuncture before, this was a real wake up call for me.

That's great, I am so glad you are feeling better! I am still on cloud nine because of the cytotek (misoprostol) putting me into complete remission. I hope you will go into remission soon, too!

I'm sorry for the stress...I had a stressful visit with my in-laws too, including one day when my MIL stopped talking to me completely because I told her that I didn't enjoy playing golf (she loves golf and feels offended when anyone has any different opinions or likes/dislikes from her. She gets mad, for instance, if you tell her that red is your favorite color instead of blue which is her favorite.)
