Hi.. well i just started this almost 1 week ago and sometimes i get sharp pains in my vagina when i urinate now.. which never happened be4.. Is this normal??? This is just weird i never got pains there be4 and i have had this almost 13 yrs.. any advice??? And does this work the floor therpy?? thanx
