Tired crampy feeling at the Pelvic/bladder area?

Does anyone feel that? I usually start to get that feeling at night. The feeling is almost like.......a muscle cramp with a....sorta tired feeling.

I sometimes get this feeling, too. Seems like my flares can take on many different forms, but this is one of them. It feels sort of like menstral cramps. I agree with the sort of tired feeling. Strange, isn't it?

I think that after the hustle & bustle of just living our life daily, by night time the bladder has just had it. I know if I overdo I hurt. Also, at night we rest & pay attention to ourselves more. During the day we are so busy we don't have time. Feel better soon, Kathi

I get that same feeling too. Sometimes if I gently massage over my pubic bone area it seems to soothe it and uncramp it a little. Mine only happens after I've been in bed a few hours, and I don't recall having it during the day. It's not pleasant though.

I too suffer from pelvic cramping and aches and pains. I think it can come from fatigue and IC. Just my opinion. Usually at night I'm really crampy all over my body but especially in my pelvic region and back. I also have Fibromyalgia too. Ugh, tired of PAIN!
