Well, I broke down and spent the $100.00 to buy the easy shaper. I have to say it is the first and only exerciser machine that I have been able to do since the IC started. Can't do the sit ups but can do the rest. They make it look so easy on tv but it is hard to do. My muscles are like gumbie. ;) Anyone else try this? Now with a diet I am hoping I can finally lose all this extra "person" I am carrying around. I can tell it is hleping muscle wise. My legs are so sore. Only bad part is I did something to my left knee. Hard to squat down with it. If it's one thing it's another. Right? :biglaugh:

Muscles are doing fine now. So far so good and I actually think I feel some what better by getting up early to do these exercises. Not better I'm cured kind of feeling but not so tired and feeling like a blob. You know?

I will be keeping up with the excersing. I think it is getting a little bit easier. Not so out of breath now and I can feel the muscles in my legs. They sure are not to happy about this work out everyday but they use to be at one time.

Yes Martha, I am a little bit happier. Trying to not dwell on the bad things and get my life back. One way is to get back my thinner body and I figured the only way was to spend the $100 and hope I could use it. Not really sure why the bladder is fine with this machine but it is. I figured I shouldn't feel worthless just because I couldn't get a room cleaned. The life I had before the IC can not be now. I can still have some of it just need to do things differently that's all. I am also trying to do this all without taking the zoloft. I think that was making me "munch" a lot too. I know it will take time to loose the pounds but need to be patient which I'm not really for. ha

I got the nerve up to weigh myself this morning. I lost 1 pound in 4 days. :woohoo: I just can't believe it. I've been doing "real" exercising on it now. Try for at least 20 minutes so no more giving the bladder time to deal with it. I started the slim fast diet as well. Been on it before so it isn't too bad. :D I mix that with maybe a cardboard bar in the afternoon for a pick me up before I do my exercising. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I could excise again. Not like I use to but at least I can. Now if I stick with the diet I'm pretty sure I can get back my old body. I'm sure no one else wants it. :biglaugh: Did have to take something today for pain. My body is yelling "WHat's going on here! Why all this working?" One pound isn't much but it is a start and I have to remember it took a long time to gain so will take time to lose it all. I'm just so glad I spent the money on it.
