I'm New and my email has been hacked

Ladies,

This is Boohiss, the real me, in case anyone has posted AS me in the past 24 hours. I've had someone hack into my email accounts, hack my livejournal, all kinds of things, all in the past 24-36 hours, and I wanted to post something here, just in case this person has taken the info and decides to post something vulgar or ungodly with my name attached to it.

Right now my husband and I are scrambling to get everything fixed!

I'm really sorry in advance if anything happens!!!!

I'll let you know when I'm all secure here. I'm terribly sorry!

If I were you I would change my password. Then you should be safe on these boards. You can do it in your user control panel.

I agree that would be the best thing to do to save your acct here on the boards where know one else can get in here but you. change your password. I hope you get it all fixed i know this can be a pain in the butt i wish you well and hope you get it all fixed up soon so you can feel safe again.

What a horrible thing to have happen! That stinks! I agree with the ladies, get your password changed. Hope all gets back to normal for you pronto!! :)

thats horrible, I hope you get your pc back to normal soon.. run scandisk and your anti virus, and the best advice already given, change all pass words.

Sorry to hear it, I haven't had anyone hack in to my acct here(yet) but had to change my e-mail address recently for one of my accounts the spam was out of control:(

Doesn't look like he got into here, thank God. He did get into my Yahoo account, my MSN account, AND my LiveJournal, and proceeded to post emails from my MSN account to a public blog.

I'm just getting things back to normal and today is the first day I"m online that I've done something besides damage control.
