How much fluid can you hold down??

I have question. How much fluid can a person with IC usually tolerate? I suspect I have IC, but I tested myself and found that I could hold down about 50 fluid oz before I felt the urge that I had to go. Also, I could hold down 3/4 of a half gallon (one of the wawa ice tea things!) for about an hour and a half before I had to go. Dont people with IC have trouble holding much less down?

I usually find I do best if I take small drinks throughout the day. I've never tested myself to see how much I could hold before I need to urinate.

I have never tested my self, but it seems that about 5 mins after I start drinking I am on my way to the porcelin chair.
