burning & irritated feeling

hi, I had a hydro last wednesday. Took a bath on saturday and 0h my gosh when I hit that water my uretha started burning and hurting really bad. It still burned and hurt for a good hour afterwards. Two days later it still kinda burns and feels so irritated. Doesn't hurt before I go pee (like a bladder infection). I have never had this after a hydro, and they did give me antibotics in my IV. Not sure what to do? Any suggestions! thanks

You still might want to get checked for infection - just in case. I was on antibiotics for 3 days after my hydro and STILL got an infection. :(

I've had the same feeling, it made me want to use the bathroom more and more, but the more I went the more it burned. Is this what it's like for you?

When I have any burning I drink 1/4 tsp of baking soda in water and sit on an icepack. I sit on one at home lol.

I also drink the baking soda water like windwalker & take Pyridium. Because that turns pee so flourescent, you might want to get checked for infection before you start that, though.

i would also suggest that if you are going to use pyridium then i would use a panty liner, so you dont ruin your underwear!!!!!!

I honestly think you need to be checked to be certain you don't have an infection. If you do, you don't want to let it go.
