Hi Karen,
(Hopefully you read my post to your other question about diet!)
When in Canada on vacation, for snacks I ate:
String cheese (mozzarella)
Original Triscuits
Original Wheat Thins
Dates
Baby carrots & celery sticks (I like celery with cream cheese, just be sure to get the cream cheese in block form, not tub)
Classic Lays Potato Chips
Hope you get some other answers too:)

Oh, and you could also make your own trail mix from almonds, carob chips & raisins if you can tolerate raisins.

Plain rice cakes with cream cheese is good too.

(Can you tell I really like talking about food?) :)

thanks again for your help. I really like raisons. I'll have to wait for a good day to see if raisons cause a flare.

They're like chocolate chips, but are IC friendly. I get mine at a local health food store.

Thanks. I'll be off to a health food store this weekend. Time to stock my kitchen with IC foods. Luckily my husband is willing to eat dinner with me (I don't have to cook twice). Yeah!

thanks again,
Karen
