XBox 360 line

Hey, guys. Just wondering if any of the rest of you spent time waiting in line for the new XBox. My hubby went last night for about six hours and ended up with the basic system. He wanted the upgraded version, so we both went out at 4 a.m. today and sat outside (30-degrees here in Indiana!) for three hours until we got a ticket to get the upgraded version. BUt, we did get it. It was actually kind of an adventure. There were so many people waiting like us all over our little city. Fortunately we were both in the same line, so I could leave and run over to a nice gas station nearby for pee-pee breaks....

Oh Stacey that's hilarious!! LOL I am horrible at games like that, must be bad hand-eye coordination, lol. So I was always the "brains" behind the operation. ;) Loved the "quest" type games.... Now that is dedication to stand in line like that! :)

Glad he at least got the one he wanted, that would have sucked if it had gone the other way, after all that.....LMAO!!

I don't care for video games but a few days ago I saw a hug line outside a BestBuy, that my parents were driving by, and had no idea what the line was for until I saw it on the news :lmao:

It was pretty crazy, but kind of fun. I'm not as into the games as he is. I will play a couple with him, but I'm competitive. I like to win and most games I'm not good enough at to win! :) The next day we got two inches of snow. Now it's a chillly 12 degrees, so at least it wasn't so bad on our day camping outside the store. :)

Im from Indiana too!! I am holding for PS3......we already have PS2, so hoping the games will convert. HAve heard xbox 360 awesome though

We have a PS2, also. My hubby tends to play the XBox more. THough he is thinking about the PS3, too. He is a gamer! :) The 360 is pretty awesome. The people are very realistic, especially in cinema scenes, but even in game as well. I used to not know these things, but I've learned them!

Hope you are keeping warm wherever you are in Indiana. It's frigid today!

I'm farther north in Muncie. We have a five-month-old puppy. FOrtunately he's learning to wait longer and longer between trips outside! I may take him for a QUICK walk later this afternoon...
