I had my 2nd hydro done yesterday. They didn't find any Hunner's ulcers. I guess in a way I was hoping there was one so there was a "quick" fix for this but lloks like it is not.
My max capacity under anestesia was 500mL.. I guess that is about half the size it should be. Any more and he said it would burst the bladder. The petechiae in all quadrants were all over the quadrants but he said the bulk were near the part of the bladder next to the urethra which may help explain why I had so much pain there.
I also had a DMSO treatment at the end of the surgery and held it for an hour (!).
Anyhow.. feeling pretty sore today. I guess it's sinking in that this is a long-term solution to this problem.
