I tell you, I'm just about the beat me head right into the wall!! :headbang:
My pets are driving me crazy.
First the birds. Those cute little birds are pushing out their food right onto the floor. Now this would be no big thing, but I tell you, they are looking right at me, and pushing it out every 2 minutes. My husband says, we'll they probably want some more food. Okay, I say, even though I can see plenty of food right on the floor. So, I refill the food, and guess what!! Right on the floor it goes  :bonk:
Then my fantastic new german shepard, Gunner, comes around to eat the broom as I sweep it up for the 500th time. So, I'm cleaning after the birds, and swinging around my new puppy. And oh yes, I can't forget about how the dog goes to play with my old cat Simon, and Simon tryes to scratch his head off!! :cat: :puppy:
Not to mention that I have to chase after Gunner a hundred times a day as he eats all of our shoes. (Well, that might not be such a bad thing after all. I've been wanting some new shoes. Maybe I'll just give him all of mine!!) :woohoo:
Now, if my husband keeps talking about getting bunnies... :tsk:
I love my animals!! But, my gosh, they are making me crazy!! Well, crazier than I already was, if that's possible!! :loco:

The birds must know I'm venting about them. They just pushed out the water instead!! Maybe they thought that would teach me a lesson!! :bonk: :biglaugh:

Pets can cause a lot of added stress, but I think they're soooo worth it. Your birds probably don't want more food, they're probably wanting more attention - or they're mad because you got a new puppy. I have a new puppy as well & one thing that has saved my shoes is a shoe rack. I got one for everyone in my family that hangs in a closet, so all of our shoes are out of reach. That is, if the rest of my family can remember to put their shoes in it! At least my shoes are safe.

They are definetly worth it. I should get one of those shoes racks. I have the one that sits by the door, and he has the perfect opportunity to steal them. Of course I can't actually be mad at him, he is soooo adorable!! Even when he's grabbing the cat poop out of the litter box and dragging it all over my floor!! :tsk:
