had my hydro Thrusday

Just had my hydro done on Thursday, and this is the first time that I have had any problems. I cannot go to the bathroom without straining, and when I do, I bleed. When I left the hospital, they had me go to the bathroom and I must of been in there for a good 10 minutes, and finally I told them I couldn't go, so they told me to try after while, so it must of been within 10 minutes and they discharged me, I told them that I didn't go and they said "thats ok you can go at home" this was like 11:30a.m.(when I told my doctor this, he was very upset at the nursing staff) and after running 2 baths with the shower hose running on me (5 hours later I still couldn't go) I called the doctor he told me to come in his office, they did a ultrasound and gave me some flomax and told me to come back in Friday afternoon if not better. (needless to say I wasn't so I was there again, again they did an ultrasound they cath me even tho there really wasn't any urine in me. I'm not in too much pain except when I have that "full" feeling and after I go. I never had this problem before after having hydros before. I'm afraid that he might say that he won't let me have them anymore because of this. Will he do this?
Waiting for his phone call, if he doesn't call me too long I will call him back.
