Well, let me preface this by saying been in a kind of a funk last night and today, let me just say I am in the "boys are mean, throw rocks at them" frame of mind....grrrrrr......
So, I came up with a way to totally make me smile! (and no it's not another man, lol, got one what would I want 2 for? One's trouble enough!! :biglaugh: ) Anyway, I went and downloaded a boatload of music...all from my younger days. All the stuff I loved in highschool, all upbeat and fun...examples....Beastie Boys, Run DMC, Salt n Pepa, Van Halen, Motley Crue, Chaka Khan, and last but not least Twisted Sister. (I also got some new stuff too, from Lifehouse and Nickelback, Eminem....)Oh what fun!!!!! It ended up being enought to fill up 2 cd's and there were 2 songs left that wouldn't fit! mwahhhhhahahahahahahahahahaaaaa
That's what he gets for annoying me.....LOL...one of the songs is "Tramp" from Salt n Pepa... :biglaugh: and the other "feel-good-attitude-I'm-all-that" song from Salt n Pepa --- "I'll Take Your Man". Ahhhhh feeling better already....
Hugs and laughs and memory lane......

Did you and I listen to the same music in school? :) My hubby always says I am trying to relieve my high school days. Not really but I LOVED the music. Espeically Salt n Pepa. I still have a CD I think from like 91 - 92. I think I was preggers with my oldest and she was born in 93. But she loves the CD. Not that the words are the best in the world. I know some of her cheerleading routines includes songs from way back when. Great times. Thanks for reminding me....

Hee hee, you're right Katrina, it sure helped me to have some upbeat music...what do they say, "music calms the savage beast"? Well, it works wonders when one's irritated with their hubby!! :biglaugh: Turned my frown upside down! :woohoo:
Oh cripes, I forgot Brass Monkey! I got Paul Revere, She's Crafty, No Sleep til Brooklyn and Slow and Low. :biglaugh: Oh I was dancing around the house earlier thinking of all the fun it was to be a teen and have no worries other than did you get your homework done.... :biglaugh:
I like downloading cause like you said Windwalker, you can get just what you want, it's neat!!!
Hugs!

LOL...that is so funny. Was thinking of you Tuesday night (forgot to tell you). Watching the CMA awards and I can't remember who but somebody sang a song called "I Don't love you right Now", oh me and the man laughed, it was actually James that said, hey I wonder if Tracey is singing that song right now....
