:hi: It's our 9th Wedding Anniversary today, the 16th of November. God knows we've had our problems but we've been getting along so well lately and today is such a special day for us. At one point I didn't know if we'd make it this far but we have and I pray that we are together another 9 years and even more after that. :) Sometimes things have their way of working themselves out and this is one of those situations. I'm so happy today! :kiss:

I was kinda bummed out. We exchanged cards, he gave me 9 roses, one for each year which was very sweet and thought through for him. I got him some cologne and then i layed down to watch t.v. (like we "always" do), he fixed supper for the girls and then went down stairs for the night to work on his RC Helicopter and we didn't speak again until bed. I tried to entice him and he said he was too tired - ON OUR ANNIVERSARY. I was really mad at him last night and he sees nothing wrong with it. He told me to "wait until this weekend". WOW! :cussing: So my night didn't turn out so well.

Well, if it makes you feel any better I don't think my hubby and I had sex on our last anniversary either (and it was only our second anniversary). It was July 12 and we were smack in the middle of unpacking boxes from the move we'd just made, and I was in my second week of a new job and tired as all heck... I think we just passed out and slept that night -- but we DID make up for it on the weekend ;)

It wasn't the end of the world for us -- I bet you'll enjoy yourselves this weekend too :)

Jen you're prob right, if i'm feeling up to it, we'll probably go see a movie and dinner out but then I'll be too tired. :biglaugh: Men, you just never know, do ya? LOL

Well not all was to bad right??? He did get you a rose for every year. I have gotten roses once from my hubby. It was our first date. I had roses and a teddy bear, which I still have. Hopefully this weekend he will make up for being tired.... :kissing:

He at least remembered, when at first I had forgotten. I'm bad. I've just been flaring horribly lately on top of having an infection yet too. He was a sweetheart to bring the roses, he probably didn't realize I wanted him to watch t.v. with me, prob my fault there. I didn't exactly try did I? Oh well, there's always this weekend, huh? :)

Sorry things didn't turn out the way you wanted, and glad he did at least remember and tried to be thoughful. Hey look at it this way that was 1 more night that prolapse didn't have to hurt.

Hugs, hope your weekend turns out much better for you. ;)

Stasny;
You're right, I didn't have to put up with the after effects of post-pain. I scooped snow for my elderly neighbors yesterday and that caused enough pain for me last night and today. Just never learn, do I? ;)
