Hi everyone
:)

I am researching all the different alternatives you can try to help with IC, and i'm not sure which one would be best to help with Vulva Vestibulitis? I already tried Bladder Q but i had to stop taking it cos I react to Valerian..even tho it seemed to be helping... :headbang:
Just wondered if anyone had found anything that signictly made an improvement with their Vulvar pain?..im getting desperate.. :help:
Would appreciate any replies! :)

Thanks
Tamara

Hi there--

I have VV and have posted many times on this topic about self-help strategies that do help manage vulvar pain. Just search for entries under my name and you should be able to find them.

Hope that helps!

Hello!

The only time I get Vulvar Vestibulitis, and Vulvodynia is when I flare badly. I had vaginal burning for about 6 months. As my flare got better the burning ceased. It was awful. I felt like my vagina and bladder were on fire. These symptoms are IC related for me.
