Need some help?

I thought this might be a good spot to come for some ideas with all you craftry & talented people here.
I am after a short poem a verse about friendship for a photo frame & couple of pictures i am going to go for my very dear friend of about 17 years. It is her 30th birthday & wanted to make something special for her. I know what I am going to do just need some ideas for some wording to put along with it.
Anyone whom can come up with something I would be much appreicated for your time.

One thing you might try is looking at some of the on-line greeting cards --- it's where I sometimes go when I'm looking for special messages.

Thanks for the replies. I will try the online greeting card one Donna sounds like a good idea. I did just find a nice one already printed in our local scrapbooking shop, but if anyone else has any ideas please share.
