My Prelief has arrived

I received my Prelief that we ordered 10 days ago :woohoo: . I ordered two 300 tablet bottles and should have enough to keep me going for a while.

Unfortunately I am in a horrendous flare, so might wait until it subsides a bit.

I just hope it works for me. Can't wait to eat some fruit other than rockmelon & pears.

Couldn't have come a t a better time as its my birthday on.

Anyone have any tips on taking it, should I eat something first then take it ? I am a little worried that it will cause nausea that some people have had. I hope not, as I am so looking forward to eating some "other foods"

I recived a few trial packets several years ago of prelief, but wasnt enough to really know if it worked well. But from memory I am pretty sure you take it before the meal & mabey again after...not real sure???? Is tablets or powder form? I had the powder form in which you just shake it over the meal before you begin.
Sorry not much help, but I say plenty form the USA will have better advice for you.

I take the prelief before I eat and haven't had any nausea so far. We will be interested to see how it goes for you.
