need help 4 mom!!!!

Hi everyone. I really need to find my mom a dr who will treat my moms pain for IC. she was told her bladder needs to be removed or she can be medicated 4 her masive pain. She just recently lost her husband 2 cancer and she is losing hope also. Is anyone living in Washington.(wHatcom County) or near by areas and being properly treated for IC? Her Primary DR just dropped her as a patient because he was uncomfortable prescribing RX for a disease he knew nothing @. any suggestions will be more than appreciated.....Thank you and god bless u all who also are affected by this monster of a disease.... :)

Have you checked in your town to see if there are any pain management clinics? That is where I go for my pain meds. since my IC doctor won't prescribe any pain meds.

Sadly, WA is not known for good uros. However, I travel to Seattle to the University of WA for my care. Is she able to go that far? If so, I will give you all the info I have.
