My back hurt too...it felt like bone pain centered on my tailbone. It was very nauseating and painful. The only way I could get comfortable was to lay on my side on the couch with a soft pillow in front and behind me. Gave some relief, and, thank goodness it only lasted a week or so.
If it continues, you may want to call your doc to describe exactly where the pain is and how it feels. There is a difference between incision pain or pain at the site from a foreign object and other types.
Take wonderful care of yourself. Let someone baby you now, or, if you can't, baby yourself. You deserve it!! Hope you're well soon and so glad to hear that the frequency/urgency has been helped! grouphug

Hi Katherine------I am soooooooo happy for you!
I had mine done in Sept.02 & it's definately worth the pain that you feel now. Remember, you have had MAJOR surgery & should do nothing. Be sure that your doc has prescribed pain pills. I
took mine for @ 1 week--but no bending, lifting!
It's so worth it--take care of yourself now!
