Tramil Injections

Has anyone tried Tramil (sp?) injections for vulvar vestibulitis? They work wonders for me, but I believe my doctor is one of the few who does them. I get really bad vestibulitis flares where it hurts just to bend down and tie my shoes and using a tampon or having sex is completely out of the question. My doctor is located 2 hours from where I live so I have to deal during the time when I can't get to her. Has anyone found anything else that helps painful vestibulitis flares? She and I have tried everything and this has been the only things that worked (which I am thankful I found something), but was wondering if there was anything else I could do until I can get to her.
