Flomax Experiences...

Could those of you that are currently taking, or have taken, Flomax share their experiences, please.
I'm interested in hearing from others before trying this medication.

I take 2 capsules of it at night and it helps with the retention problem I have; although recently I've kind of flared up and it's hard to pee again. However, I do like the med and have had great luck with it, no side effects or anything.

No side effects for me either. I tried going off of it (just because I take WAY too many pills for my sanity) about a month ago and got the Urethral spasms back after being off for a week.
I've been on it since Nov. 2004.

I became pregnant on it LOL. That is the only medicine I had added to the mix and it over rode the BC patch as far as we can figure. So I didn't have good luck with it. :biglaugh:

Thanks for the replies. My DR suggested this med to me awhile back however the side effect of lowered blood pressure bothers me a bit since I'm already on a BP med. Anyone have BP problems while taking Flomax?

I dont have to worry about the pregnancy issue since I'm sans uterus..haha.
