You may qualify to save up to $15.00 on your prescription for DETROL LA. To receive a rebate check, just follow these steps:
Complete the information requested below. This will allow you to print a rebate coupon.
Receive a valid prescription for DETROL LA from your healthcare provider.
Purchase DETROL LA from your pharmacist.
Mail BOTH the rebate coupon with your name on it AND your original pharmacy receipt or other proof of purchase indicating the amount YOU paid for DETROL LA (no photocopies or other reproductions of the coupon or proof of purchase will be accepted). You can read more here:
